My Story

I have over 14 years experience in the fitness industry. My background is in Judo and Strongman . I have trained with many British and world champions and am myself a former British title holder in Judo and a 1st Dan black belt. I bring my knowledge and passion into sessions to motivate and empower my clients. I am really passionate towards my training. I will help and motivate you to achieve all of your goals safely by setting you targets with new and fun routines. Success comes from regular and continually managed training sessions that are challenging,fun and rewarding. I continually review session content to ensure fitness milestones are obtained.
